Dishes at Yellow Chilli have been approved by Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and the newly introduced lunch buffet comprises 45 Indian and Oriental dishes. The Indian cuisine is from the North-West Frontier with a focus on Punjabi and foods from the Mughals.
The buffet starts with a welcome drink which is available in two options, Blue Sparkle and Aampanna. The two options of soup are Tomato Basil Shorba and Coriander Fish Ball. The buffet continues with salads and starters which also have a number of Indian and Asian choices.
For main course, there is Spinach & Cottage Cheese Hunan Sauce, Star Chicken, Kumb Mutter, Malabar Fish Curry and more. Aside from the rice, noodles and dals which complement the mains, there are also many live counters. Satay, chaats and dim sums are some of the items made to order at the live counters.
On to the desserts, Pomegranate Pudding, Gulab Jamun, Doodh Pedha, and Vanilla Pannacotta are some that are featured on the menu.
The lunch buffet at Yellow Chilli is on from 12pm to 330pm, Monday to Friday, for Rs 699 inclusive of all taxes.
