Jamavar, the Indian specialty restaurant at The Leela Palace will present ‘Punjab Da Jashn’ till May 26. The 10-day long festival will feature the glorious flavors from the land of Punjab cooked to perfection by Farman Ali, the corporate Indian Chef at the hotel. The chef and his crew will use authentic ingredients and techniques to serve the guests an earthy and exotic fare.
