Claimed to be the first Vietnamese restaurant in India, Blue Ginger at Taj West End has introduced to a new menu. Expat Vietnamese culinary Chef Duong and Chef Thao have dug into their culinary repertoire to dish out and highlight variety of styles, which bring the flavours of the country alive on your platter.
The new menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, featuring wok tossed tofu with sesame and chili, raw papaya salad, fresh rice paper roll with asparagus and shitake mushrooms, classical Hanoi grilled fish with dill and fresh turmeric, grilled eggplant with scallion sauce, Vietnamese chicken red curry, steamed jasmine rice tossed with dried shrimps and many more.
The desserts include baked lemon tart wedge, cinnamon mascarpone berry cream and strawberry and basil panna cotta and many more.
