Another quaint and friendly café opens its doors to Bangalore. Located in Whitefield, Café of Joy is a European café and bakery that serves unique cakes, artisan breads, biscuits, croissants and popular European snacks like pretzels, meatloaf, bratwursts, Bavarian potato salads and more. The café also serves beverages like Latte made out of organic coffee beans and offers a special kids menu.

Café of Joy was started by management consultant turned entrepreneur, Joy Basu who says, ““Upon returning to Bangalore from Germany, I wanted to bring the experience of eating something quick, fresh, and light without going into the hassle of driving to a mall or sitting down at a fancy restaurant. I wanted a fresh baked sandwich or a dessert, much as one would find in small-town artisanal bakeries in Europe – food that had not been made in commercial centralized kitchens."

Breads range from Rs 75- 150 per loaf
Cakes range from Rs 100-150 per slice
Café meals/sandwiches range from 150-300 per portion
