As the holiday season kicks in, the JW Marriott has a host of festivities set up for the whole family.

JW Marriott is hosting a Fairytale Christmas Carnival for children. The Carnival will be feature a range of activities and treats. Children can take a ride on the Santa sleigh, shout out a greeting to Mr. Snowman, try their hand at the castle knockdown, the reindeer race and even play pin the reindeer’s nose. There will also be art and craft activities like decorating cookies and making Christmas cards. Finally, the children can gather to watch the Christmas puppet show and enjoy carols by Freedoms Price.

The festive menu for the kids will be put together by Chef Jolly. And a special feature of the Carnival is the lollipop tree from which kids are welcome to grab lollipops. The Carnival also gives children a way to preserve memories by taking a picture with Santa Claus and his many reindeer and elves.

The Carnival will take place on December 21, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

On Christmas Day, the hotel will host a special brunch. The brunch will feature an exclusive cold meat counter consisting an assortment of terrines, pork pies, game pies and pates with mix fruit compote, gherkins, caper berries and much more. The live salad bar at the brunch presents a selection of exquisite mini tapas alongside the prawn cocktail with melon, quail eggs, heirloom tomatoes and avocadoes. The smoked fish and turkey carving station promise to be a gourmet delight as will the offering of pumpernickel bread. Alongside there is maple glazed seasonal root vegetables and lard roasted potatoes with bread sauce, cranberry and turkey gravy. Finally, there is pork belly carving complete with crackling applesauce and port jus.

Combined with live festive entertainment, the Christmas Brunch is priced at Rs 2499 plus taxes for a non-alcoholic brunch and Rs 3499 plus taxes for a brunch with Prosecco, wine and premium spirits.
