Le Jardin’s newest addition to the kitchen - Chef Santosh showcases his passion for Indian cuisine. From October 7 to 20, Le Jardin will serve a repertoire of Indian thalis, in keeping with the upcoming festive season. Some of the chef’s signature dishes include kaju phool makhanna, gattey ki kadt, murgh badami korma, kosha mangsho (mutton), chingri malai curry (prawn) and malabar fish curry. Average price: Rs 1100 to Rs 1500 per thali.
