At the St Mark’s Hotel, the Karnataka Rajyotsava Day celebrations are still ongoing. Till November 17, they are hosting a Karnataka food festival at Curry with a ‘K’. The food festival serves only vegetarian food and includes authentic dishes of the region like maddur vada, patrode, neer dosa, kadala ghassi, jowar roti, kaalu playa, raagi mudde, soppina saaru, pheni, badam milk, chiroti and sakkare holige. What makes the festival interesting is that the menu changes every day, so guests can sample a variety of the dishes. Priced at Rs 450 exclusive of taxes, the festival menu is available for lunch and dinner.
