Chef Kasi has designed a menu to celebrate the city of Chennai with Madras Week at Radisson Blu Atria.
The city is known for it’s early morning (and we mean very early in the morning) breakfast. This menu explores food besides the idli, vada and dosai.
Madras street food like Bunn Parotha, Kuzhi Paniyaram, Thonga Monga Sundal, Military Mutton Curry, Vadai, Kheema Kuthu are some of the dishes you can expect to see on the menu. Pair these with chutneys, sambar, stews, and Appalam Papadam.
Madras Week is from 25 August to 3 September, 2017.
Menu is priced at Rs 1399 plus taxes.
At One Atria Cafe, Radisson Blu Atria.
