I have been a professional chef for 17 years.

Smoke Salmon and  Capone cheese pizza.

What is your most memorable moment as a chef?
Every time guests appreciate my food is a memorable moment.

What inspired you to take up cooking?
My grandmother inspired me.

Why do you think there aren’t many women chefs around?
I don’t believe in that. My kitchen has 7 women chefs. Its all about passion and interest.
