How long have you been a chef?
Ever since my childhood, I’ve had a fascination for cooking. However, I only took it up as a profession 8 years back.

What inspired you to take up cooking?
I was inspired by my grandma’s ability to read ingredients and taste, however the homely feeding which followed the cooking process, enchanted me.

What is your most memorable moment as a chef?
I feel ecstatic whenever I see that I’ve gotten a smile out of my customers with the food I prepare.
