Chef Abisit in Thailand was my inspiration.
What is the first thing you learnt to cook?
Tom Yam Kong - a Thai prawn preparation, made with traditional ingredients.
What do you hate most about cooking?
I hate to cook beef.
What's the one distinguishing factor about your cooking?
I use a unique way of preparing my dishes. I use the same ingredients to produce many dishes.
What are some of your favourite things to cook?
I am passionate about cooking fish dishes.
What is comfort food for you?
Kai ka paw, chilli and basil are ingredients in my comfort food.
