I specialize in Mexican and Italian cuisines.
What are your signature dishes?
Trio Meat Trio Cheese Lasagne, Chicken & Grated Egg Enchilladas and Warm Chicken Salad.
What inspired to take up cooking?
I love food. My mother and grandmother are amazing cooks. They inspired me to start cooking by myself.
What has been your most memorable moment as a chef?
The most memorable moment was when I got to cook for the torch relay team at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.
