ITC Gardenia, the World's Largest & Asia's First LEED Platinum Luxury Hotel invites you to celebrate the spirit of Karanataka with a special Rajyotsava brunch.
To commemorate Karnataka Rajyotsava Day on November 1, ITC Gardenia is hosting a special brunch. Hosted at the award winning 24 hour coffee shop, Cubbon Pavilion, the brunch will feature traditional sweet and savoury delicacies from the region, created by Chef Paparao.

As for vegetarians, the dishes include tarkari gassi (seasonal fresh vegetables cooked with onion, tomato and roasted masala) and annanas menaskai (fresh pineapple simmered in a tangy South Indian curry).
Round off the meal with desserts like ubbattu (pan fried refined flour dough stuffed with lentils and jaggery, served with saffron milk) and sabudana kheer (sago pearls simmered in milk flavoured with cardamon and dry fruit).
There will also be an unlimited flow of select wines, signature cocktails and chilled beer to go along with the festive meal.
