Tangra Kitchen Food Festival @ My Indian Oven

Tangra is a region in east Kolkata that has housed a vast population of people who have Hakka Chinese origin. These people own tanneries and Tangra is equally famous for the smell of tanning leather and a fusion Chinese food that is a result of blending Chinese cuisine and Kolkata’s local flavour, enriched with fresh Indian Ingredients! The Tangra Kitchen Festival aims to re-produce the aromas and flavours of Tangra at My Indian Oven.
