Masterchef Somma Aksondee is hosting a Thai food festival at The Tao Terraces up to January 5. On display at the food festival is authentic cuisine from the four regions of Thailand. Sample and savour national dishes and delicacies from street food vendors, especially the yam samkrob, which is dried squid with mango salad, and stir-fried red curry pork. Also on the menu are prawn cakes, gaa haaw bai dteuy (chicken wrapped in pandan leaves), sticky rice balls in warm coconut cream and fiery dry curry chicken.
