Novotel Bengaluru Techpark presents a spread of festive dishes for Christmas at The Square and Blue Terrain. The spread will include an array of global dishes created by the executive chef, Kailash Gundupalli.
The menu will feature both traditional classics and signature specialties like salmon gravlax, chicken liver pate, red onion and feta tarte tatin and chestnut based salads. Highlights of the menu also include live counters of roasted turkey with cranberry sauce, roasted vegetables with cranberries in phyllo pastry, honey roast ham with apple sauce, roasted tomato and baked apples, suckling pig with honey glazed apple sauce and peking duck.
The menu also features a selection of desserts like yule logs, Dresden stolen, mince pie, plum pudding with brandy sauce, Belgian chocolate Santas, Christmas cakes, European Christmas cookies and other traditional delicacies.
Christmas Eve dinner buffet will be held at The Square on December 24 and is priced at Rs 1299. Christmas Day lunch and dinner at The Square is priced at Rs 999. Blue Terrain will host a four course BBQ dinner, priced at Rs 999. All prices include a glass of mulled wine and surprise gifts.
