Copper Chimney introduces “The Great Indian Kebab Festival” – flavours of an undivided land. The festival is a celebrating reflection of united India before the British Raj. Inspired by the cultures of North West frontiers of India, it is a potpourri of signature kebabs. Drawing authentic recipes from the lands of pre-independence Punjab, Afghanistan and north western lands, the restaurant presents an array of sinful kebabs that will spoil you with choice. Highlights of the festival include Baluchi chicken, Lahori talli machchli and the multani paneer. The festival will be on till December 15.
