A five course meal of a soup, salad, two varieties of dim sum, main course and dessert make up the new “Taste of Yauatcha” menu. This new menu has been curated by Head Chef Wang Yixuan.
The soup course starts the meal off with a hot and sour soup with shredded chicken or an Asian Greens Soup with tofu. This is followed by the mixed salad with lotus root.
The dim sum teahouse from London is known for its dim sums. In the new menu you can choose from the various dim sums. Chicken Char Sui Bun, Chicken and Coriander Dumpling, Chicken and Prawn Har Gau, Vegetable Crystal Dumpling, Vegetable Chive Dumpling and the Truffle and English Carrot Dumpling are some that feature on the new menu.
The main course includes Stir-fry French Beans, Stir-fry Vegetables with Fragrant Chilli Sauce or Wok Fried Vegetables in Spicy sauce for the vegetarians. The non-vegetarians have options like Stir-fry Kamhoeng Lamb, Stir-fry Chicken with Szechuan Peppercorn and Steamed Indian Salmon in spicy bean sauce accompanied with Chinese greens. These main course dishes can be paired with Ho Fan Noodles or Chicken or Toban Fried Rice.
Choose from Mango Mascarpone Gateau or the Religieuse for dessert. This ends the five course meal. It is prices at Rs 888 for vegetarians and Rs 988 for the non vegetarian menu.
