The five course meal comes in a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option.

Vegetarian

Kale Wraps with Pumpkin, Sticky Black Rice and Goats Cheese

Mushroom Carpaccio with Warm Assorted Mushrooms, Sunflower sprouts finished with truffle oil

Asparagus and Sage Salad with Pine Nuts and Parmesan

Smoky Cauliflower Purée with Salted Capers, Artichokes and Grilled Vegetables

 

Non-vegetarian

Kale Wraps with Pumpkin, Sticky Black Rice and Goats Cheese

Seared Scallops with Silky Pea Purée and Citrus Aquafaba Foam with Pea Shoots

Duck Breast Salad with Orange, Cranberries and Walnut in a Mustard, Sesame Dressing and Sunflower Sprouts

Smoked Golden Ham with Madeira Sauce

 

Desserts for all are a Layered Chocolate Torte with Coffee Caramel and Strawberry Panna Cotta.

The menu is priced at Rs 4000 and includes the Sangrias.
