If everybody’s working for the weekend, then Hyatt Bangalore celebration brunch is the reward. Our Sunday brunches are lavish, scrumptious and fun filled. We have a wide variety of live stations, “make your own salad counter”, chaat options, grills and an extensive dessert counter.

What is your popular brunch dish?

The highlight of our Sunday brunches is the grill station. We have curry scented chicken wings, olive and basil marinated tenderloin picatta, sumac marinated pineapple, spicy herbed semolina gallete and many mouth watering dishes.
