ITC Gardenia's Sunday brunch encompasses the very best of our signature offerings from our coffee shop as well as our speciality restaurants. While Cubbon Pavilion and West View offer signature grills, pastas and European charcuterie, discover the fabled symphony of flavourful curries and melt in your mouth kebabs as they make their way from the tandoor of the Kebabs & Kurries restaurant. Edo adds the Japanese element to the festivities, with a fantastic array of fresh sushi, sashimi and Teppanyaki dishes.


What is your signature brunch dish?

Rosemary crusted lamb shanks with green peas and wild mushroom risotto.


What is your most popular brunch dish?

Non vegetarians love the Pork Belly as well as the Lamb Chops made on the live grill. Vegetarians love the Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi and the Pumpkin Gnocchi.


What is your most disastrous brunch dish?

I once tried experimenting with onions stuffed with a beetroot mixture. Unfortunately, the flavours didn't quite blend and the dish turned out very dry and not very tasty.  I haven't included it in the menu ever since!!


Do you have many options for vegetarians in your brunch menu?

Yes we have a wide array of salads, pasta and even a vegetarian version of sushi. We also make an excellent Malai Broccoli dish which is an absolute hit with all our guests. The tiramisu and fresh fruit desserts are also very popular.
