Many restaurants in the city offer brunch, what is so special about your brunch that people will come and eat here?

Our brunches are a local favourite as we provide an experience that reflects a culinary journey. We focus a lot on live interactive cooking and place emphasis on detailing and freshness of food. We like to interact with our customers and tailor-make dishes according to their taste. At our brunches you will find a lot of variety in the expansive spread on offer as we showcase cuisine from across the globe. In course of our interaction with guests, we also prepare food they like and request, even if it is not on the buffet menu – this gives it a very personal touch.

Our aim is to see our guests go back home with a smile, having had a great time and enjoying great food. It’s a fun place for the kids as well, where we have a dedicated space for them to play, while parents relax and enjoy their lunch. The live music is also something our guests enjoy a lot.

What is your signature brunch dish?

We focus a lot on the local food and have special themed brunches at the JW Kitchen where the cuisine on offer is different every week. You will get to savour a wide range of cuisines ranging from Asian to Mediterranean. We also do live, interactive grills and cooking so our guests can participate in the whole experience and we can customise the food to their tastes.

What is your most popular brunch dish?

If I were to choose popular dishes, the Indian street food and Kebabs are quite popular and I think everybody loves the fresh made Waffles and Crepes, served with house made Gelatos and condiments amongst many more.

What is your most disastrous brunch dish?

Well, any dish which has not been crafted and curated well with passion and lacks the perfect seasoning is definitely considered a disastrous dish. At the JW Kitchen, since we have live food stations, we pay attention to detailing and ensure that the preparation is tailor made to the preference of our guests.

Do you have many options for vegetarians in your brunch menu?

We have plenty of options for the vegetarians. From Asian to Mediterranean cuisine, vegetarians will find plenty of options. We also have vegetarian & eggless desserts on the buffet spread that they can indulge in as well.
